Second, the company has always emphasized that lean work should be carried out around the core work of your department, and the ultimate purpose is to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and truly achieve reduction of staff and efficiency, energy saving and consumption reduction. These work and talent training, team building work are inseparable. After every meeting, you should seriously summarize and reflect, carry out and maintain what you have done well, and take measures for thorough rectification if you have done poorly.
